Rosewood Piano Finish Humidor with Hygrometer & Humidifier. Inside of the box is made with Spanish Cedar. A great gift for Father's Day, Birthdays, Weddings, Promotions, etc. We custom laser engrave the top of the box with your initials, favorite saying, company logo, name and so much more.

Humidor Lids are personalized with a laserable gold foil for an elegant finish

The inside of the box is make of Spanish Cedar and utilizes charcoal.
Inside lid of the box contains a hygrometer & humidifier(attached with magnet)

Care & instruction sheet is included in the humidor.
Contains a divider that can be placed anywhere along the width of the box.
Humidor should hold 45-60 "average" size 6" cigars. (Will vary upon girth of cigars.)

DESIGN PROOFS: Certain items, such as name tags, plaques, acrylic awards, glass awards, etc, we require a customer approval of the engraving design. We will email you a design proof within 24-36 hours of receipt of your order. We will not begin engraving the order until we receive a final approval of the design. We do not charge for design proofs on completed orders. However, any order that receives a design proof and no response is received from the customer, will be cancelled and the money refunded back to the customer minus a $10 charge for design proof.

Shipping from United States

Upon completion of your order, a USPS shipping confirmation will be provided along with a tracking number. Insurance is included with our shipping and handling.

At times, due to timing and cost comparison, UPS will be used as an alternate form of shipping. As with USPS, when we utilize UPS, you will be provided a tracking number at the time your order is ready to ship.

For most items we ship USPS Priority Mail. The time allotted for this particular shipping is 1-3 days from receipt of shipping confirmation (based on information from USPS.com)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Any additional fees or taxes, such as Import VAT or Customs Duty taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay. Awards South, LLC is not responsible for taxes incurred through international customs.

Returns and exchange details

REFUNDS: As long as an order has not been completed, a full refund is available. However, if an order has been started or is completed all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be made for any reason. Refunds are NOT available for any custom item that can't be resold (example: engraved glass, acrylic plastic signs/plates, etc).

DAMAGED ITEMS: Please inform us of any damage within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Claims can be emailed along with a picture of the damage to qualify for our free replacement guarantee.

SPELLING ERRORS: Refunds will be given on misspelled items if it is due to our mistake. To qualify for free replacements please send us a photograph of the personalization and we will mail a new item within 72 hours.

RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of our products, some items are not eligible for returns, such as custom color sublimated rings, custom engraved nametags, personalized leatherette, custom plastic signs, engraved glass/acrylic/plastic/wood, etc. The shipping cost for returned items is the sole financial responsibility of the customer.

We welcome custom orders. However, we are family-operated Christian company and while we do not condemn anyone for their lifestyle or beliefs, there are certain orders we as a company will not do. Specifically, we will not take or create orders that we consider vulgar, lewd, racially offensive, depict abuse of any kind, etc.
